Customer wants cancel approval what do I do?

On merchant management system search for the transaction and request cancellation.( however on merchant management system, only possible to cancel within in 7 days). after 7 days please contact (support@gompayment.com)

∧ Previous Payment is cancelled, But payment is completed what do I do?
∨ Next Customer said payment is made twice what do I do?
